These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Consulting Hermes website and our SMS/text-messaging program. By using our website or opting into our messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

About us

Consulting Hermes is a Toronto-based AI automation company. We provide Iris, an AI phone agent for Canadian businesses such as mortgage brokers and property managers.

SMS messaging program

  • Program description. Our SMS program sends demo follow-up messages from Consulting Hermes to prospects who have completed a live demo call with Iris. Messages invite you to book a walkthrough of Iris and provide related follow-ups.
  • Consent. Consent is express and verbal: during your live demo call with Iris, you provide your mobile number and agree to receive follow-up text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send any further messages unless you opt in again.
  • Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the details below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Use of the website

The website and its content are provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the website or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, trademarks, and the Iris name are owned by Consulting Hermes or its licensors.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and messaging program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consulting Hermes is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the messaging program.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
